Our Business

Employee Options, LLC was founded in 2002 by Dr Charles Mott. Since the opening of Employee Options our business has grown from a one man operation to a staff of 32 and 6 offices through out the Pennsylvania area. Employee Options, LLC has franchised with eScreen opening up its first drug screening lab in 2004. Employee Options has over 300 temporary employees onsite in various positions as well as 23 national Pre-Employment screening accounts. Employee Options strives to be the best in the business. Our innovative screening services help to provide our clients with the best service possible allowing our business to continue growing and be successful.

Who We Are

Becky Kelso:

 VP of Operations/Share Holder.

Becky Kelso has been with Employee Options since 2001. She has helped our company grow and become successful in customer service and sales. 

Matthew Knetzer:

Customer Relations Manager.

Matthew Knetzer is our Office Manager. Matthew began his employment with Employee Options in 2004. Since then Matthew has allowed our Recruiters and Sales team strive to be the best at Customer Service as possible.
